Qualifications:

• Current ARRT (MRI) certification required
• Valid, unrestricted state license for MRI technologist
• Minimum one year of recent MRI experience in a clinical setting
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
• BLS certification (must be current)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality MRI scans per physician orders
• Prepare patients, explain procedures, and ensure comfort and safety throughout
• Use established protocols and safety guidelines for contrast administration
• Maintain accurate patient records and report results as needed
• Troubleshoot equipment and report any malfunctions promptly
• Collaborate closely with radiologists and nursing staff for optimal patient care
