Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be pivotal in delivering therapeutic services in a variety of settings. Your typical responsibilities will include:

- Conducting therapy sessions with couples and analyzing family dynamics while providing individual sessions as needed. \n
- Developing tailored treatment plans that address complex issues, including but not limited to alcohol and psychological abuse, grief and loss, and conflict resolution among family members. \n
- Facilitating communication and improving relationships for families facing difficulties due to job stress, medical issues, and blended family challenges. \n
- Providing support during significant life transitions such as separation, divorce, and remarriage, ensuring clients adapt positively. \n
- Maintaining accurate patient records and documenting interactions efficiently, ensuring compliance with organizational standards. \n
- Utilizing telemedicine platforms for virtual counseling sessions, offering flexibility in treatment accessibility. \n
You will be serving a diverse client population, including adults, children, and adolescents facing various challenges in their lives. Our clients may present issues such as family conflict, individual mental health concerns, and adjustment difficulties. Your work will significantly impact our clients' emotional well-being and advancement toward healthier relationships.
Qualifications\nThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

- Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Massachusetts. \n
- A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related discipline. \n
- A strong commitment to clinical excellence and a passion for patient care. \n
- Experience working with family systems and a comprehensive understanding of therapeutic modalities. \n
We are particularly interested in candidates who have:

- Experience in addressing a wide range of familial issues, including but not limited to blended families, communication challenges, and grief counseling. \n
- A capacity for flexible scheduling, ideally providing a minimum of 30 hours of therapy services per week. \n

Valley Behavioral Health offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
