- The Technical Support Representative (TSR) delivers multi-channel customer \n
- Service and technical troubleshooting from a remote workspace. \n
- Handling phone, live chat, and web tickets, this role focuses on resolving user access issues, guiding product installation, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. \n
Key Responsibilities:

- Multi-Channel Support: Handle incoming calls, chats, and web tickets efficiently from home. \n
- Technical Troubleshooting: Solve network connectivity, software downloads, and installation issues. \n
- Account Maintenance: Assist users with login problems and password resets. \n
- Product Guidance: Provide clear instructions on basic product navigation and features. \n
- Ticket Logging: Document detailed logs for every interaction to track query trends. \n
Required Qualifications:

- Experience: 0-1 year in technical support, help desk, or customer service. \n
- OS Knowledge: Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems and basic networking principles. \n
- Software Skills: Experience with database navigation and Microsoft Office Applications. \n
- Communication: Strong verbal and written English communication skills. \n
- Soft Skills: Solid interpersonal skills, customer orientation, and strong self-discipline for remote work. \n
