Location: Commerce City, CO 80022
Position: School Social Worker
Schedule: Full-Time
Setting: School-Based
Caseload: K–12 | Itinerant
A school district in Commerce City, CO is seeking a School Social Worker for a full-time opportunity supporting students across a K–12 caseload. This position is ideal for a social worker who enjoys working with students across grade levels and collaborating with school teams.
Position Details:
Full-time schedule
K–12 caseload
Itinerant position
Support student social-emotional and behavioral needs
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff
Provide services based on student needs
Additional caseload details to be determined
Requirements:
Active Colorado licensure required
School-based experience preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work across school sites as needed
