Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Active licensure as a Social Worker required
• Previous experience working in schools, particularly at the elementary level, preferred
• Understanding of best practices in school-based counseling and social work
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and external support agencies
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individual and group counseling services to students
• Assist in developing and implementing behavioral and emotional support plans
• Serve as a liaison between school, families, and community resources
• Support crisis intervention and prevention efforts as needed
• Maintain accurate and confidential student documentation
