Our client is looking for a D365 CRM Business Analyst project in Atlanta, Chicago, and Vienna below is the detailed requirement.
Job Title : D365 CRM Business Analyst
Location : Atlanta, Chicago, and Vienna,
Required Skills : Microsoft Dynamics 365. Business Analyst, payment systems, card processing, and banking operations
Job description:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in retail banking/payments .
- 3+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience.
- Hands-on experience with D365 Finance & Operations and Customer Engagement .
- Strong knowledge of payment systems, card processing, and banking operations .
- Experience gathering and documenting business/functional requirements .
- Strong Azure DevOps experience with user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog refinement.
- Experience supporting API integrations, core banking systems, and payment gateways .
- Hands-on experience with SQL and data migration .
- Experience developing test cases, coordinating UAT , and supporting QA.
- Knowledge of Agile, ISO 20022, SWIFT, ACH, PCI DSS , and banking compliance is preferred.
