Opportunity:
Physician - Primary Care

Job Details:

100% office-based, outpatient primary care position serving patients 18 and older
Located in Manchester, CT at 256 North Main Street
Full-time, weekdays only schedule with an option to ask about a 4-day work week
Minimal call requirements averaging only 2 call weekends per year and 1 weeknight approximately every 2 months
Optional teaching opportunities available with faculty appointment
Streamlined access to Behavioral Health, High Risk Nurse Care Managers, and Social Workers
Efficient operations with robust staffing including nursing support and a dedicated Medical Assistant
EPIC with Dragon and Ambient AI integration to reduce administrative burden and enhance patient interactions
HIPAA-compliant texting, patient self-scheduling, and patient portal available
H1B cap-exempt organization
Established mentorship and orientation programs for newly hired providers and providers new to practice
Continuous development opportunities through The Center for Education, Simulation & Innovation (CESI) and Provider Leadership Development Institute
Robust on-demand learning platform including CME, special courses, and learning series
Optional moonlighting and per diem opportunities in hospital or urgent care settings
Unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license required (or eligible)
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine required
