Position Details

• Role: Primary care physician (birth and up)

• Location: Vernon, Connecticut

• Setting: 100% office-based, outpatient primary care

• Schedule: Full-time, weekdays only; ask about options for a 4/10-day workweek schedule

• Offerings: Guaranteed base, uncapped incentive bonus, loan repayment support, sign‑on/stipend, and relocation assistance

Requirements
