Front Desk Receptionist / Customer Service Full-time Regular CLERICAL Austin, TX, US 6 days ago Requisition ID: 1210 Our Austin Texas location is currently seeking a Front Desk Receptionist/Customer Service Professional. Ideal candidates will exhibit outstanding organizational abilities, adaptability, and excellent interpersonal skills. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a professional manner. Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Schedule appointments and meetings. Assist with administrative tasks as needed. Process receiving paperwork, supplier returns, AR Payments Review open and partial orders daily Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong attention to detail. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
