Operations Associate

Responsibilities Kforce has a client that is seeking an Operations Associate in Boston, MA. Position Overview: A leading alternative investment manager seeks a high-performing professional for its Private Debt Operations Team. This role manages trade closings, loan servicing, and credit facility administration. Working with deal teams, portfolio managers, and finance, you will drive operational excellence and manage key external relationships across complex private credit portfolios. Key Responsibilities: Trade Closing & Loan Servicing: Lead primary/secondary trade execution using WSO, ClearPar, and BlackMountain (Allvue) Partner with PMs and Fund Management on allocations and settlement timelines Direct agent bank interactions for trade discrepancies, KYC, and closing logistics Oversee Trustees/Custodians for fundings, holdings, and daily inquiries Track paydowns, drawdowns, rate resets, PIK, and delayed comp Guide offshore teams (TresVista) on reconciliations, closings, and revolver/delayed-draw fundings Maintain WSO/BMS system accuracy Facility Administration & Cash Ops: Coordinate wire mechanics, setup, and documentation with Finance and Treasury Prepare daily/monthly reporting for ABL, CLO Lite, lines of credit, and warehouse facilities Track purchasing power and cash flows to support capital calls, LP distributions, and equity contributions Monitor compliance, resolve exceptions with deal teams, and support new fund/bank account onboarding Maintain operational controls and assist with audit confirmations and AUP testing Requirements 3+ years in Private Debt, Direct Lending, or Leveraged Finance operations Hands-on proficiency with ClearPar, WSO, or BlackMountain (Allvue) Deep knowledge of credit facilities, agent bank mechanics, and loan documentation Detail-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
