Travel RN - Telemetry

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Telemetry position requiring night shifts and EKG/telemetry background, with floating responsibilities across all inpatient units.

Job Details

• 12-bed Telemetry unit in a hospital inpatient setting,
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (6:45 PM - 7:15 AM),
• Floating required to all inpatient units,
• Must work every other weekend and every other holiday,
• No on-call requirements,
• Alaris Pumps are used on this unit,

Job Requirements

• Active LA or Compact RN license currently in hand,
• Current BLS certification (AHA-issued) required,
• EKG/telemetry background preferred,
• Active LA or Compact RN license required,
• Must reside 65+ miles from the facility to be eligible for this position,

Additional Information

• First-time travelers are welcome to apply,
• Candidates with less than 2 years of experience will be considered,
• Block scheduling is not available on this unit,
• All certifications must be issued by the American Heart Association (AHA),
• This position is located in an area commonly impacted by hurricanes; upon accepting an assignment, your unit manager may designate you to an Emergency Team, which may require you to remain at the facility during or after a storm or serve on a relief team - candidates who are not comfortable with this expectation should not apply,

• Local candidates are not accepted; must live 65+ miles from the facility
