Your responsibilities include:

• Utilize our proprietary platform and your personal network to identify potential healthcare candidates
• Engage potential candidates to share MLR opportunities and assess their interest
• Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruitment specialists for more thorough evaluations
• Follow up with leads to sustain their interest and assist throughout the hiring process
• Keep precise and current records within our applicant tracking system
• Earn commission based on the meetings you facilitate, the interviews you set up, and the hires that result from your efforts
