Catering Coordinator Full Time

Job Summary AdventHealth seeks a Food Service Worker to prepare and cook meals, maintain food safety and sanitation, and manage inventory for a high-volume production environment. Responsibilities Prepare and cook meals following production records, short‑order and batch cooking. Complete food preparation by reviewing pull sheets, organizing ingredients, and ensuring readiness for daily service. Maintain food safety, sanitation, and temperature standards by cleaning kitchen equipment, recording temperatures, and adhering to regulatory requirements. Manage inventory through labeling, dating, FIFO rotation, and proper storage to reduce waste and ensure safety. Collaborate with managers and coworkers to meet service goals, communicate operational needs, and deliver efficient meal service. Qualifications High School graduate or equivalent (required). Technical/Vocational culinary degree (preferred). At least 2years of experience in large‑quantity food preparation/production (required).
