Locums Urology Call Olympia, WA (IMLC accepted) Why This Role

• Call-only coverage - no clinic responsibility

• Locums-to-perm potential (ongoing supplemental coverage)
Assignment Details
• Start: October 1, 2026, ongoing
• Coverage type: 24-hour beeper call only
• Shift times: 7a-7a
• Commitment: 1 week per month with 3-4 24-hour call shifts scheduled in that week (additional shifts possible if provider is comfortable)
• Call: Beeper, 20-min response
• Average callback: 4-5 hours daily (varies based on case load)
• Volume: 15 patients/shift
• Setting: Inpatient + outpatient
• Support: 3 RNs, 5 MAs, 1 APP, 4 office staff
• EMR: Epic
• Credentialing: 90 days
• Nearest airport: SEA (Sea-Tac)
Clinical Details
• Urology call coverage - adult only, surgical skills required
• Required: general adult urology
• Preferred: percutaneous nephrolithotomy, ureteroscopy, nephrectomy, prostatectomy, robotic surgery, renal and bladder US (with biopsy), TRUS biopsies, incontinence procedures, penile prosthesis, ESWL
• Not required: pediatric urology, advanced endoscopic techniques, laparoscopic surgeries, radical cystectomy/prostatectomy, transplant, advanced pediatric surgery
Requirements
• Board Certified in Urology
• Surgical skills required
• Active WA license or IMLC
• BLS
• Active DEA
Compensation
• Rate caps apply per facility
• Malpractice provided
