Café Lola is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to provide strategic direction, lead a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences at our Las Vegas locations. You will hire, train, and develop Team Members and Leads who embody Café Lola values and culture. Responsibilities include staffing, training, scheduling, and enforcing health and safety standards, while driving sales and profitability in a fast-paced environment.
