At Sun Valley Auto Repair, we're looking for a Customer Service Advisor who can help us deliver the kind of experience that keeps customers coming back.

Automotive experience isn't required. We're looking for a great customer service person first — someone friendly, dependable, organized, and genuinely interested in helping people. If you have an interest in vehicles, we'll teach you the rest.

We're looking for someone who brings a friendly face, friendly voice, positive attitude, and willingness to help every day.

You'll be one of the main connections between our customers and technicians, helping customers feel welcomed, informed, and confident throughout their visit.

What You'll Do:

You'll be one of the first people our customers interact with, whether they're walking through our door or calling the shop.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greet customers and make them feel welcome.
• Answer phones with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Schedule appointments and help customers plan their vehicle service.
• Check customers and vehicles in for appointments.
• Listen carefully to customer concerns and gather the information our technicians need.
• Keep customers updated while their vehicle is in the shop.
• Explain maintenance and repair recommendations in a clear, easy-to-understand way.
• Help customers make informed decisions about their vehicles without pressure.
• Coordinate communication between customers and technicians.
• Keep appointments, customer information, and daily workflow organized.
• Follow up with customers when needed.
• Help create an exceptional customer experience from the first phone call through vehicle pickup.

Automotive experience is a plus, but it isn't our top priority.

If you know a little about vehicles and enjoy learning more, that's a great start. We'll provide training to help you become comfortable with the automotive side of the position.

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, banking, retail, office administration, sales, automotive service, or another people-focused position could translate well into this role.

• 90-day introductory period.
