Dutch Creek Foods is the wholesale division of the Der Dutchman Family of Restaurants. We make and supply delicious baked goods to our Dutchman Hospitality restaurants in Ohio, Florida and Indiana. Pay: Based on Experience Our team members enjoy: Free buffet/salad bar lunches DHG Discounts - merchandise/lodging/shows for staff Sundays off Annual vacation bonus Wooden Nickels On-the-job training Flexible schedules Scholarship program What you’ll be doing Direct all aspects of the office operations, including supervision of office staff, customer service standards, and cost control Reconciles bank accounts daily with variance review and analysis Posts daily sales totals in the Excel sales journal for the online store Enters accounts payable invoices and house account deposits Reconciles daily credit card and gift card transactions Prepares the location’s bi-weekly payroll Prepares month-end reports for processing by the corporate office Assists with budgeting and general accounting for the location Identifies and implements plans to improve office processes and the business Solves problems creatively as they arise and follows through to resolution Relates in a positive, friendly and professional manner with fellow staff members/customers Additional duties as needed or directed by management Skills you’ll bring along 2 - 4 years’ experience with accounts payable and payroll preferred Experience using the Excel program a plus Experience using ERP operating systems.
