Selbstständige Abwicklung von Ein-, Austritten und Personalmutationen im gesamten Employee Lifecycle Erstellung und Verwaltung HR-Dokumente (Verträge, Vereinbarungen, Arbeitszeugnisse, Korrespondenz) Pflege der Personalstammdaten in SAP SuccessFactors (EC & ECP) und Presento Erfassung und Mutation variabler und fixer Lohndaten für die monatlichen Lohnläufe Beratung und Unterstützung von Mitarbeitenden, Führungskräften und HR Business Partnern in personaladministrativen Themen Administrative Abwicklung aller Sozialversicherungen (Krankheit, Unfall, Mutterschaft, Militär, Familienzulagen etc.) Betreuung von Zeitwirtschaftssystemen sowie Sicherstellung gesetzeskonformer Zeiterfassung Mitarbeit an HR-Projekten und Optimierung von HR-Prozessen Voraussetzungen, die Du mitbringst Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie die Weiterbildungim HR-Bereich Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im HR Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP SuccessFactors sowie versierter Umgang mit modernen digitalen Arbeitstools (Microsoft 365, Teams, Planner, Copilot, Mooncamp etc.) Engagierte und dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit hoher Eigeninitiative, Empathie und Verantwortungsbewusstsein Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten, angemessenes Durchsetzungsvermögen Stilsicheres Deutsch sowie gute Englischkenntnisse, Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil Vorteile, die wir Dir bieten Ein dynamisches Arbeitsumfeld mit Freiraum für Ideen und Kreativität Eine DU-Kultur Persönliche Entwicklungs- und Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten Mitarbeitervergünstigungen und Rabatte bei den Valora Formaten Faire Anstellungsbedingungen Homeofficeregelung Hofackerstrasse 40, 4132 Muttenz Muttenz, Baselland, Schweiz #J-18808-Ljbffr Valora Holding AG
