Account Executive

RAYUS Radiology is looking for an Account Executive II to join our team. We are challenging the status quo by shining light on radiology and making it a critical first step in diagnosis and proper treatment. As an Account Executive II, you will assume ownership and responsibility for a defined territory's revenue and volume growth, in addition to growing and strengthening the Company's existing customer relationships.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

(60%) Deliver Territory Volume/Sales Objectives Identify, develop and execute existing and new sales opportunities within assigned territory and market, including new customer segments, new products and service lines, new accounts, etc. Partner with radiologists to market existing and new product lines (clinical services) to new and existing clients. Deliver and/or coordinate educational presentations to existing and prospective clients on emerging applications offered by the Company. Conduct and/or coordinate educational and marketing seminars at local and national trade shows. Facilitate and participate in monthly sales and marketing conference calls with corporate marketing. Independently monitor performance and profitability of services offered for assigned market(s). Proactively partner with the Marketing department on the implementation of sales strategies for the assigned territory, including development of collateral. Establish and maintain strong working relationships with sales, Center team members, operations and Radiologists. Document and maintain all customer contact/activity and information in a customer relationship management system as well as in related internal information systems. Assist in sales, negotiations and implementation of the payor contracting processes. Monitor payor referral activity. Maintain productive relationships with the customer base in the defined market through delivery of extraordinary customer service, support and prompt service recovery. Assist in onboarding other sales team members. (35%) Sales Strategy & Target Market Research Stay abreast of new developments and trends in diagnostic imaging and the health care industry in order to understand referrers and prospects' needs and provide workable solutions to referrer's requirements. Develop and implement targeting and segmentation plans, by product line, for defined territory. Partner with Sales Manager and Market Leader to develop and execute strategic marketing and territory plans to ensure profitable growth and increased market share. Gather ongoing market research and intelligence to identify new opportunities, applications and trends. Identify key strategic customers for business development opportunities and work with Sales Manager to grow our relationships and market through these activities. Successfully identify, develop and implement market-wide sales initiatives. Function as an informal leader for sales, operations and Radiology teams within the market. Successfully complete required internal training and education. Develop market-level strategies and facilitate projects to drive growth beyond their own territory. REQUIRED

High School Diploma, or equivalent. Two (2) years' marketing and sales experience in a health care setting. Two (2) years' spreadsheet software experience; Microsoft Excel preferred. Valid driver's license and proof of current insurance.

PREFERRED

Bachelor's degree. Marketing/sales experience in radiology.
