As a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Specialist , you will manage accounts for our valued clients, assisting them with policy inquiries, policy reviews and navigating the Florida Insurance market to best protect their assets. Call on policyholders to deliver and explain policy, analyze insurance program and suggest additions or changes. Use exceptional relationship-building skills to establish trust with clients and maintain retention and product loyalty. Follow-up on leads generated from inbound calls, and non-renewal leads Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and transactions especially if quoting or rewriting. Ensure consistent and prompt communication with clients to address their needs and concerns to ensure retention standards. Requirements Licensing: Active Florida 220 or 440 Insurance License required. Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer service in personal lines insurance, commercial insurance experience is a plus Insurance Experience: 2 + Years of experience in the Insurance Industry, specifically Home and Auto Insurance.
