What You’ll Do Evaluate, treat, and rehabilitate athletic injuries for middle school student-athletes during your designated shift. Provide on-site medical coverage for scheduled afternoon practices, home games, and athletic events. Design and implement proactive injury prevention programs. Develop clear, safe return-to-play plans. Maintain accurate electronic medical documentation. Communicate effectively as the central link between coaches, athletes, and parents.
