PHARMA Enterprise Data Management- Executive Director

$290-325k+bonus + LTI

Location

Greater Boston, hybrid- 2-3x week in office

Responsibilities

Developing multi-year data roadmaps
Implementing governance policies, stewardship models, and standards
Optimizing data acquisition and vendor partnerships
Leading master data management across key domains such as product, study, asset, and HCP/HCO data

The Executive Director will ensure reliable, secure, and efficient data operations, partnering closely with IT, Information Security, Legal, and Enterprise AI to support compliant, scalable data platforms.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of pharma/biotech experience, including senior leadership in enterprise data management, with deep expertise in R&D data and governance. This individual is a collaborative, strategic leader who can build high-performing teams, drive cross-functional alignment, and champion a culture of data excellence and innovation.
