We are seeking a high-performing Events & Catering Sales Manager to drive revenue growth through corporate, social, and wedding events. This is a prime opportunity for a motivated hospitality sales professional who thrives on building relationships, closing business, and curating exceptional event experiences.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales mindset, entrepreneurial drive, and hospitality background who is seeking a growth opportunity with an established high-volume venue. You will manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing to upselling—while partnering closely with operations to deliver flawless events.

Summary of Job Duties:
Sales, Revenue & Business Development
• Proactively convert web, phone, and walk-in inquiries into booked, revenue-generating events
• Build, manage, and grow a strong sales pipeline across corporate and social markets
• Prospect and source new business through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and community involvement
• Conduct compelling venue tours and client presentations that lead to bookings
• Create customized proposals, negotiate pricing and terms, and close contracts
• Strategically upsell menus, bar packages, enhancements, and premium experiences
• Maintain strong long-term relationships to drive repeat and referral business
• Support and help execute event-focused marketing and promotional initiatives

Client Experience & Event Execution
• Act as the main point of contact from initial inquiry through event completion
• Collaborate with clients to design high-impact events that exceed expectations and maximize revenue
• Coordinate menus, rentals, décor, logistics, timelines, and specialty services
• Produce and manage all client correspondence, contracts, and BEOs
• Partner with culinary, banquet, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery

Experience & Skills
• Background in upscale hotel, venue, club, restaurant, or catering environment
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage, service standards, and event operations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexibility to work some nights and weekends based on events

Technology Experience Preferred:
TripleSeat, AllSeated, Opera, Jonas, Micros, POS systems, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms.
