About the Role
We are seeking an Investigations Case Management Coordinator to provide operational support for a large corporate investigations function. This role is primarily responsible for creating, reviewing, and preparing investigation cases within a case management platform, ensuring information is complete, accurate, and ready for investigator assignment.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and able to manage a high volume of work while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Success in this position requires strong documentation skills, sound judgment, and the ability to follow established processes and quality standards. Job Description
Case Creation & Intake Management

• Create investigation cases from concerns received through designated intake channels.
• Ensure all information from the original complaint is accurately documented within the case management system.
• Review case records for completeness, accuracy, and data integrity.
• Identify missing, unclear, or potentially inaccurate information and escalate as appropriate.
• Complete case creation activities in accordance with established procedures, service-level agreements (SLAs), and quality standards.

Investigation Case Preparation

• Prepare cases for investigator assignment by reviewing supporting documentation and case details.
• Accurately identify and document allegations, classifications, and applicable case categories.
• Apply established case triage and tiering guidelines to ensure cases are properly routed.
• Identify cases requiring additional review and escalate according to established protocols.
• Maintain quality, accuracy, and timeliness expectations throughout the case preparation process.

Operational Support

• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee, HR, compliance, and investigation-related information.
• Follow all documentation standards, escalation procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Support additional operational and administrative activities based on business needs and training received.
• Contribute to ongoing process consistency and data quality efforts.

Performance Measures
Success in this role will be measured by:

• Accuracy and completeness of case documentation.
• Adherence to established service-level expectations.
• Quality review outcomes.
• Timely completion of assigned work.
• Compliance with case management procedures and standards.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications

• Experience supporting high-volume, process-driven workflows involving case management, records processing, complaint intake, claims administration, investigations support, ticketing systems, or similar operational functions.
• Proven ability to accurately enter, review, and maintain detailed information in a case management, workflow, CRM, or ticketing platform.
• Experience reviewing records and documentation to identify missing, incomplete, inconsistent, or inaccurate information.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy while managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to follow documented procedures, business rules, quality standards, and service-level expectations.
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to independently prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Sound judgment and decision-making skills, particularly when determining when escalation is required.
• Experience handling confidential and sensitive employee, compliance, HR, or business information.
• Ability to learn new systems, processes, and workflow requirements quickly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Human Resources, Employee Relations, Ethics & Compliance, Corporate Investigations, Workplace Concerns, or related functions.
• Experience using EthicsPoint or similar case management, investigations, compliance, or HR workflow platforms.
• Experience with case intake, allegation classification, case triage, tiering, or investigation case preparation processes.
• Previous experience supporting compliance, legal operations, risk management, or corporate governance teams.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Criminal Justice, Legal Studies, or a related field.
