Robert Half HR Solutions is currently partnering with a growing organization that is looking to add a People & Culture Manager to their growing organization. The People & Culture Manger will support both corporate and field employees across a multi-state organization. This individual will serve as a trusted business partner, helping to shape the employee experience while driving key talent initiatives that support business growth and organizational success.The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in performance management, succession planning, leadership development, employee engagement, and culture-building. This role requires a proactive HR leader who can influence stakeholders, foster employee growth, and create programs that strengthen organizational effectiveness and employee retention.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and enhance company-wide performance management processes, ensuring alignment between employee goals and business objectives.Design and implement succession planning strategies to identify and develop future leaders.Partner with business leaders to create and execute employee development programs that support career growth and workforce readiness.Drive employee engagement initiatives and continuously evaluate workforce sentiment to improve retention and employee satisfaction.Serve as a culture champion, promoting company values and fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on employee relations, performance improvement, talent management, and workforce planning.Collaborate with management to identify organizational development opportunities and implement solutions that support business goals.Analyze HR trends and metrics to support decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.Ensure HR practices and policies are compliant with federal, state, and local employment laws across multiple states.Partner with recruiting teams and business leaders to support talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning initiatives.Support change management efforts and organizational growth initiatives.Maintain a strong presence with both corporate and field-based teams to ensure consistency in HR programs and employee experience.
