HR ManagerNorcross, GA, United StatesThe Company is a leading electrical equipment manufacturing and energy solutions provider.ResponsibilitiesPerform daily, weekly, and monthly administrative HR functionsRecruit, interview and participate in the selection processResponsible for new hire orientation and onboardingReview, prepare, and administer offer terms for new hires, promotions, transfers, compensation analyses, and incentives plansConsult with managers in all job or salary related issuesAdminister all employee benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k)s, STD, LTD, FMLA and vacationsSite contact for benefit/payroll related questionsAssist managers with succession planning and development discussionsReview, revise, and operate HR policies, such as pay schemes, evaluation systems, determination of appropriate staffing levels etc.Prepare reports as needed to meet local and corporate requirementsProvide guidance and counsel to employees relative to policy administration and interpretationRecommend, develop and implement employee relations practices to foster a positive employer-employee relationship and support the overall effectiveness of the organizationImplement Talent Management and Development Process & SystemRequirementsBachelors Degree in Human Resources Management or related fields+7 years of HR ExperiencesKnowledge of federal, state, and local laws to ensure company complianceAbility to maintain a high level of confidentialityExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of customer service skillsHR Software Experience preferred(ADP, Oracle ERP etc.)BenefitsHealth, Dental, and VisionPTO401(k)BonusLunch and Cell phone provided
