Human Resources Manager – Alpharetta, GA Position Summary We are seeking a seasoned and forward‑thinking HR professional to lead employee relations and performance, recruiting, and HR compliance to support a broad range of generalist responsibilities. The HR Manager will play a key role in ensuring compliance with all applicable U.S. labor laws while driving continuous improvement in HR processes and employee experience. Key Responsibilities Employee Relations & Performance Support employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management initiatives. Provide guidance to managers on coaching, documentation, and corrective action processes. HR Systems, Benefits & Reporting. Assist with benefits administration and ensure HRIS data accuracy and integrity. Prepare monthly HR reports and support analytics‑driven decision‑making. Partner with leadership to enhance HR processes, employee engagement, and retention. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Lead and manage full‑cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, workforce plans, and effective hiring strategies aligned with business needs. Compliance & HR Operations Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (FLSA, ADA, FMLA, EEOC, pay transparency, and others). Conduct internal audits, maintain accurate and compliant employee records, and administer HR policies and procedures. Monitor evolving HR compliance requirements and deliver timely updates and training to leadership and staff. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (SHRM‑CP or PHR preferred). 5–10 years of progressive HR experience with demonstrated expertise in employee relations, training, recruitment and employment law compliance. Strong understanding of full‑cycle recruiting and HR best practices. Comprehensive knowledge of multi‑state employment laws and regulations. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities. Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively across departments. Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑growth, or scaling organization.
