The Ideal Candidate:

This role reports to our HR Director and serves as a true strategic business partner - someone who can zoom out to shape culture and workforce strategy, and zoom back in to get things done. We're not looking for someone to simply maintain what exists; we're looking for someone who wants to build - modernizing HR operations, strengthening how we attract and develop talent, and helping shape the employee experience for a company that's doubled in size and isn't slowing down. It's the right seat for a mid-career HR professional who's ready for more scope, more visibility, and more room to grow into a larger role as we scale.

What You'll Bring:

• A talent-first mindset - you know how to find, attract, and onboard great people, and you care about building an employer brand candidates want to be part of.

• A bachelor's degree and 6+ years of progressive HR experience, including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
