Now we're building our presence in New York, and we're looking for a sales leader to own the market. The role You’ll sell building measurement and space accounting to NYC owners, investors, and property managers. It’s a consultative sale with a clear, quantifiable return: on average we find 3–4% additional rentable area in Class A properties, revenue that was always there, waiting to be captured. You’ll be backed by 40+ years of authority and the people who wrote the measurement methods your prospects’ leases reference. This is central to the role. A solid understanding of the BOMA Standards is ideal. A proven closer in NYC commercial real estate: measurement, brokerage, proptech, appraisal, space planning, architecture and engineering, or a related professional service. Someone who speaks the language of NOI, cap rates, loss factors, and rentable versus usable area, and can tie a finding to a number a principal cares about.
