New Therapy Perspectives, LLC is "The" provider of quality intensive outpatient services. We provide custom, confidential, and comprehensive care both in-person and virtually to those affected by a multitude of mental health challenges as well as those who are affected by substance use disorders. We are discreet and innovative while providing new treatment perspectives to those in seeking assistance. We provide intensive outpatient services to adults and teens who suffer from mental health, substance abuse, emotional conditions, and mental health and substance abuse co-occurring disorders.

Under the supervision of the CEO, the Intake Coordinator will conduct initial intakes, ensure potential patients are eligible for care, and enter their data into the EMR System. The coordinator is also expected to update the medical records of existing patients. Applicants should have experience in an administrative role, preferably in a medical office, and excellent data entry and technical skills.

Intake Coordinator Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree OR

3-5 years Medical Office Administration experience

Valid driver's license with clean driving record and state minimum required vehicle insurance coverage

Being bilingual is not required but is a preferred skill for this position

Able to pass a Level II background check

Experience with health insurance a plus

Patient scheduling experience a plus

Bilingual communication skills a plus
