InteliChart is seeking an experienced, strategic, execution-oriented Senior Vice President of Marketing or Chief Marketing Officer to lead the company's overall marketing vision, market positioning, brand strategy, demand generation, communications, product marketing, and go-to-market execution.

This executive role requires a highly experienced "been there, done that" leader who understands healthcare technology at a deep level — particularly patient engagement, patient access, consumer health engagement, healthcare SaaS, digital front door technologies, patient communications, care coordination, and AI-enabled healthcare workflows.

The ideal candidate has a demonstrated history of successfully scaling healthcare technology companies, building sophisticated B2B healthcare marketing organizations, driving measurable pipeline growth, refining category positioning, and helping organizations transition from legacy market perception into modern growth-stage healthcare technology leadership.

We are looking for a marketing executive capable of helping define and amplify this next-generation market position while ensuring our execution, messaging, brand identity, pipeline generation, product positioning, and industry presence operate at a world-class level.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Marketing Leadership

Define and lead the overall marketing vision, strategy, and execution for InteliChart.

Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team and contribute directly to company-wide growth strategy.

Build a scalable, data-driven, performance-oriented marketing organization capable of supporting aggressive growth initiatives.

Lead marketing strategy across enterprise healthcare provider organizations, channel partners, and strategic alliances.

Establish marketing as a strategic growth engine tightly aligned with sales, product, customer success, and executive leadership.

Brand Strategy & Market Positioning

Refine and elevate InteliChart's market positioning as a leader in patient engagement and intelligent healthcare consumer engagement.

Lead messaging transformation initiatives that modernize how the company is perceived within the healthcare technology market.

Develop compelling narratives around:

• AI-enabled patient engagement
• Intelligent scheduling
• Patient access modernization
• Consumer healthcare engagement
• Automation and workflow efficiency

Ensure messaging resonates with executive healthcare buyers, clinical leadership, operational leadership, and IT stakeholders.

Own and optimize demand generation strategy across all channels.

Partner closely with sales leadership to improve:

Product Marketing & Go-To-Market Execution

Lead world-class healthcare product marketing initiatives.

Translate complex healthcare technology solutions into clear, compelling market messaging.

Develop and drive launch strategy and commercialization for new products, AI initiatives, and strategic solution expansions.

Partner closely with product leadership to ensure messaging accurately reflects solution capabilities, workflows, clinical value, operational value, and competitive differentiation.

Develop highly effective positioning and sales enablement content that supports enterprise healthcare sales cycles.

AI & Innovation Market Strategy

Help define how InteliChart positions itself in the rapidly evolving AI healthcare landscape.

Develop strategic messaging and go-to-market initiatives around conversational AI, intelligent automation, patient self-service, and AI-enabled patient workflows.

Ensure the company maintains a modern, forward-looking market presence without falling into generic AI marketing narratives.

Bring practical experience marketing innovative healthcare technologies in highly competitive markets.

Industry Presence & Thought Leadership

Elevate InteliChart's visibility and credibility across the healthcare technology ecosystem.

Expand executive visibility, speaking opportunities, analyst relationships, media presence, and industry influence.

Lead strategic event planning, conference strategy, public relations initiatives, and thought leadership campaigns.

Build stronger relationships with healthcare media, industry analysts, consultants, and strategic influencers.

Team Leadership & Organizational Development

Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing organization.

Create a culture of accountability, execution, innovation, and measurable business impact.

Establish clear KPIs, operational discipline, and scalable marketing processes.

Develop cross-functional collaboration frameworks with product, sales, customer success, implementation, and executive leadership teams.

Required Qualifications

12+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience within healthcare technology, healthcare SaaS, digital health, patient engagement, healthcare consumer technology, or closely related healthcare IT sectors.

Prior executive leadership experience as a VP Marketing, SVP Marketing, CMO, or equivalent senior healthcare technology marketing role.

Demonstrated success scaling growth-stage or enterprise healthcare technology organizations.

Deep understanding of:
