Junior Employment Litigation Associate

Position Title: Junior Employment Litigation Associate Salary Range: $160,000 - $170,000 annually / DOE A nationally recognized labor and employment law firm is seeking a Junior Employment Litigation Associate for its Sacramento office. This attorney will support employer-side litigation matters by drafting discovery, preparing pleadings and motions, developing agency position statements, and assisting with cases throughout the litigation lifecycle. The ideal candidate is a motivated early-career attorney with strong writing and analytical skills, sound judgment, and the initiative to pursue meaningful hands‑on experience.
