Join Our Leasing Team in Atlanta, GA!
Are you passionate about helping individuals and families find their rental property they can safely call home? Upfrnt USA Inc is seeking a compassionate and driven individual to join our team as a Leasing Consultant in Atlanta, GA.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist prospective tenants in finding the perfect rental property that meets their needs and budget.
- Conduct property tours and provide detailed information about available units, amenities, and leasing terms.
- Process rental applications, conduct credit and background checks, and assist with lease agreements.
- Respond to inquiries from current tenants regarding lease renewals, maintenance requests, and general property information.
- Collaborate with property managers and maintenance staff to ensure a positive living experience for all residents.
- Previous experience in leasing, property management, or customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience in management of housing in affordable housing.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing regulations.
