Emerge, a global talent solutions company, is seeking dedicated and goal-driven Customer Service Agents to support the implementation of a new payment plan for our client in Westlake, OH.This program allows participants to spread prescription drug costs into manageable monthly payments.
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be instrumental in ensuring that sponsors provide a seamless, compliant, and supportive experience for all participants Weekend availability is required for this position —with an expectation to work 2-4 hours on both Saturday and Sunday. Key Responsibilities:- Participant Support: Manage inbound calls, chats, and emails from participants across the U.S. Initiate outbound calls when necessary to assist with inquiries and support needs.
- Program Assistance: Provide detailed information and assistance regarding program elections, payment collections, account management, and updating member account details.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to client and company guidelines, ensuring all customer information is accurate and that participants are provided with correct details.
- Multitasking: Efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously (e.g., talking and typing) while maintaining focus, accuracy, and professionalism in all communications.
- Troubleshooting Skills: Previous experience in technical/IT customer service is required.
- Customer Service Skills: Demonstrated professional and courteous phone demeanor with a goal-oriented approach.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow client and company guidelines meticulously, ensuring accuracy in all customer interactions.
- Multitasking Ability: Proficient in managing conversations while simultaneously recording or processing information.
- HIPAA Knowledge: Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is beneficial, but not required.
