Senior Software Engineer

Supervise and mentor Software Engineers and cross-functional colleagues on specific tasks or projects Provide mentorship and technical leadership to junior engineers Lead the entire lifecycle of software applications and systems from inception to deployment Direct the technical aspects of projects, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability Review code for accuracy, quality, and adherence to best practices Establish and enforce coding standards, development methodologies, and best practices Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks Facilitate collaboration with cross-functional teams to support changes and implementations Collaborate with product and business teams to align technology initiatives with business objectives Design, develop, test, and debug software applications Contribute to software builds, code reviews, and automated testing Support and monitor software across environments Adhere to security and regulatory best practices Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and/or comparable experience; advanced degree preferred Significant hands-on experience in application architecture/design, software development, and testing Experience preferably in an Agile professional environment Significant hands-on experience and knowledge of public cloud technologies, including AWS, GCP, and Kubernetes 12+ years of proven experience using Java, Ab Initio, React, Spring, Spark, Kafka, Postgres, Ignite, RESTful APIs, in‑memory computing, IntelliJ, Couchbase, and OpenSearch Proficiency in
