Key Responsibilities\n

As a licensed mental health therapist, your responsibilities will encompass a variety of clinical and administrative tasks:

In this role, you will primarily support a varied patient population encompassing children, adolescents, and adults, many of whom represent underserved communities. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Possess a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to establish therapeutic relationships and engage clients in meaningful dialogue.

• Exhibit cultural competency that allows for effective engagement with clients from various backgrounds.

• Show strong organizational abilities, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of clinical experience is required, preference will be given to candidates who have experience in community mental health settings, crisis intervention, and group therapy facilitation. Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems is also highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n
