Job Summary A growing clothing and textile manufacturing operation in Downey, CA is seeking an experienced Client Services Specialist for a temp‑to‑hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a polished, detail‑oriented professional with a strong background in customer service, logistics coordination, order management, and account support. The Client Services Specialist will serve as a key point of contact for customers, internal teams, and logistics partners to help ensure orders move accurately and efficiently from initial request through fulfillment and delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage daily customer service and account support activities for client orders, shipment updates, and service requests. Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, production, and transportation teams to support timely order processing and delivery. Track order status, inventory availability, shipment details, and customer communications to ensure accuracy and follow‑through. Resolve customer issues related to orders, delivery timing, documentation, shortages, discrepancies, or service concerns. Maintain accurate records in internal systems and provide updates to customers and internal stakeholders. Support continuous improvement in client service processes, communication workflows, and operational efficiency. Compensation and Benefits Pay range: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour. Employment type: Temp‑to‑Hire. Location: Downey, CA. For temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, major medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and statutory sick pay where required.
