- Growing rapidly and prepping for IPO in 3-5 years.
- Employee stock given after 6 months.
- Opportunity to help build out and structure the corporate finance team.
- Lead the administration of employee benefit programs, including health, insurance, and retirement plans, and manage annual enrollment processes.
- Develop innovative and cost-effective employee programs from analysis and implementation to ongoing management, ensuring a positive impact on employees.
- Address complex benefit-related inquiries from employees, HR, vendors, and other stakeholders, resolving issues promptly.
- Develop tools and processes to evaluate the effectiveness of benefit programs, using data to enhance program performance.
- Manage communication and training for HR and employees regarding benefit enrollments and updates, ensuring clarity and engagement.
- Oversee the performance of benefit service providers, implementing processes to monitor and improve provider services.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes, adjusting programs to meet organizational and compliance needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as HR, Payroll, Finance, and Legal to deliver best-in-class benefit programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related major.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with employee benefits & total rewards.
- Experience with Workday or similar software.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to others in a cross-functional environment.
