Warehouse Associate Lead

We are seeking Warehouse Associate Leads in Burlington, NJ. Schedule: 5:00 am–3:30 pm, Wednesday–Sunday. 4‑day work week. Responsibilities Lead and direct a team of 10+ employees in a warehouse environment. Read production schedules, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed. Convey materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or other designated areas. Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code. Fill requisitions, work orders or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distribute items to production workers or assembly line. Assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets or convey orders to packing station or shipping department. Mark materials with identifying information such as labels. Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed. Weigh or count items for distribution within plant to ensure conformance to company standards. Arrange product in a specified sequence for assembly by other workers. Qualifications High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience. One to three months of related experience and/or training.
