Project Superintendent (Project Based)

Baker Construction

We are looking for a Project Superintendent who will oversee profitable installation of project work on medium to large projects. This role directs co‑workers and coordinates among trades, ensuring safety, quality, and cost control while fostering an SQP culture. The superintendent maintains high‑level client relationships and leads other sub‑superintendents. Roles and Responsibilities Plans work schedules and timelines. Coordinated and executed tasks across multiple trades. Oversaw and directed staff, including subcontractors. Promoted client and industry relationships. Ensured a safe work environment. Participated in training/certification programs. Requirements Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and 6 years of related experience or equivalent education and experience. Line & Grade experience. Foreman experience. In‑depth knowledge and experience of formwork systems. May require appropriate craft certifications.
