Adecco is hiring immediately for a Shipping Clerk with our client in Santa Ana, CA. Shipping Clerks do essential jobs with one of our premier clients, with starting pay at $18.50/hr. As a Shipping Clerk, you will provide data entry support for the Loan Servicing Department by ensuring loan files remain accurate, organized, and up to date. Additional responsibilities include reviewing and auditing files for accuracy prior to shipment, processing requests in a timely and professional manner, and facilitating communication between external partners and internal teams. This role also requires efficiently managing incoming requests while helping maintain a consistent, streamlined workflow across departments.

Requirements:

• Preferred to have 2 years of experience supporting data entry and document review

• Mortgage document review experience preferred (not required)

• File clerk or data entry experience

• Ability to navigate Excel to review and input data

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to pivot as needed

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency

• Minimum typing speed of 45+ words per minute

• Strong grammar and written communication abilities

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Available Shifts:

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Details: $18.50 per hour
