Job Title

Supervises daily staff activities for an assigned area or function.

Department: Resource Management Team - Staffing Office

Work Schedule: Full Time, 40.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Days

Pay: $24.11 - $36.17 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option

Responsibilities:

• Evaluates and manages staffing needs for assigned departments and maintains all related records
• Determines, coordinates and supervises daily staffing assignments and levels. Provides direction, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff. Performs or assists with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
• Compiles and reports current staffing situations to leaders
• Compiles and verifies the accuracy of payroll-related data and follows up on items of concern
• Assesses quality of services delivered and facilitates staff development programs.
• Ensures staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Performs staff responsibilities as needed to fulfill required service levels. Leads the handling and resolution of complex issues and complaints.
• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED.
• 2 years of relevant experience.
