Chief Legal Officer & Compliance Leader

The Financial Accounting Foundation (FAF) in Norwalk, CT seeks a Vice President, General Counsel to serve as chief legal officer for FAF, FASB and GASB. You will lead legal, governance, regulatory and compliance efforts, and advise the Executive Director and senior leaders.

Reporting to the Executive Director, you will develop an integrated legal framework, manage enterprise risk, and supervise a team including Associate General Counsel and HR compliance.
