Accounts Receivables Manager | Mobile, AL
$43,000–$61,000 DOE | Full-Time | Permanent | Excellent Benefits Package
Snelling Staffing Services is partnering with a well-established, growing company in the Mobile area to find an experienced Accounts Receivables Manager to lead their AR function.
This is a great opportunity for a detail-driven finance professional who's ready to own the full AR process — from collections strategy to credit management to team leadership — and make a real impact on the bottom line.
What You'll Do
- Develop and lead collections strategies, analyzing aging reports
- Evaluate credit terms and limits for new and existing customers
- Partner across company departments
- Supervise, mentor, and develop an accounts receivable team
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
What You Bring
- Proven experience as an Accounts Receivables Manager or in a similar credit/collections role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP)
- Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills
- Experience with accounting/ERP software (SAP, NetSuites, MS Dynamics, Sage X3, Acumatica or similar system)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management preferred
Schedule & Details
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Must pass background check and drug screen
- Valid driver's license required
