Description Front Office Coordinator – Part-Time ProActive Physical Therapy Centers Pearland, TX Join our team! ProActive Physical Therapy Centers is seeking a reliable, energetic, and organized Front Office Coordinator to join our busy outpatient physical therapy clinic. This is a part-time position (+/- 15 hours per week) ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional attitude Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently Verify insurance information and collect co-pays Maintain accurate patient records and daily reports Communicate effectively with therapists, patients, and staff Assist with general office tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations Schedule & Compensation Part-Time +/- 15 hours per week - afternoon/evening hours (approximately 2:00PM-6:00PM M-Th) with the option to add more hours as available.
