Engagement Manager
Engagement Manager is responsible for gathering, analyzing and summarizing information for consulting engagements and providing direction to Senior Associates, Associates and Research Analysts. Engagement Managers develop and present findings, conclusions and recommendations to address client issues. Responsibilities include:- Client relationship management, prepare proposals and support business development activities
- Manage client engagements and direct Senior Associates, Associates and Analysts
- Gather market, customer, competitor and product information
- Interview customers, competitors, suppliers and industry participants
- Analyze strategic, market, competitive, product and channel issues
- Develop findings, conclusions and recommendations
- Present project results to clients
