Your Role

• Conduct both routine and specialized laboratory analysesspanning chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyondfollowing established procedures.
• Evaluate results for reliability, troubleshoot discrepancies, and take charge of preventive maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.
• Participate in specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as necessary.
• Maintain thorough documentation of procedures, provide training to newcomers or interns, and support lab quality standards.
• Keep a pristine, safe working environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of employment.
• Maintain up-to-date certification for the duration of your employment.
