About this position Licensed Insurance Sales Representative Lauren Peart - State Farm Agency , located in Glen Head, NY is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative- State Farm Team Member who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is confident in outbound sales, relationship building, and closing, with a strong sense of accountability and integrity. This role is best suited for someone who is goal-oriented, coachable, and eager to grow within a performance-based culture. Must have an active Property and Casualty insurance license. Must be able to make the commute to our agency location in Glen Head, NY. This is an in-office position. Base Salary Range: $35,000 – $45,000 (based on experience) Commission + Bonus Opportunities: Uncapped earning potential tied to performance Total Compensation Potential: $50,000 – $75,000+ for top producers Responsibilities include but not limited to: Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
