Ultrasound Technician (Per Diem)

Our new Urology practice in East Brunswick is looking for a per diem Ultrasound Technician. One day per week, preferably Thursday. Responsibilities Operate imaging equipment. Review images to ensure they are of good quality and helpful for diagnosis. Identify normal and abnormal imaging results. Communicate a summary of the results to physicians or other health professionals. Alert physicians to urgent problems. Requirements Graduate of an accredited Ultrasound Technology program. Proficiency in urology ultrasonography field. ARDMS Certification. Knowledge of medical terminology. Benefits Comprehensive benefit package and paid time off.
