Bilingual Customer Service Rep

Call Center Hiring Bilingual English/Spanish College Grads for Customer Service in the Irving Area

Positions for bilingual college grads $22.00-23.50/hr. This is a position in office, not work from home.

• Bachelors degree required
• Fluent English/Spanish speaking. Do not need to read/write Spanish fluently.
• Excellent communication skills, professional appearance
• Must not be afraid to be on the phones with customers
• Ability to be on time to work everyday

Immediate openings: These are entry level positions for the company, however a degree is required for long term career growth and we only promote from within the company.

Responsibilities in this position include, but are not limited to:

• Handling incoming and outgoing customer calls
• Contacting customers to provide balloon and lease end options
• Contacting customers to verify final intentions
• Contacting dealers to verify balloon and lease returns
• Quoting payoffs to customers, dealers, and insurance companies
• Acting as contact for customer and dealer questions
• Providing general customer service that supports ongoing Honda/Acura loyalty
